“Children in a Wooded Landscape” Painting by William Trost Richards.

Oil on canvas, signed lower right corner “W.T. Richards, 1858”. The painting was a gift form the Collins-Coskery Collection to the DMWC in 1952, having been on loan to the Club since 1933-1934. It was restored in 1982 by Margaret Randall Ash, Baltimore, MD. (Details of restoration work in Art Conservation folder). The frame was also repaired at the time.
