Chandelier located in Presidents Dining room.
8-branch ornate solid brass with etched crystal shades with fluted rims. Circa 1875-1890. Originally gas lighted. Set includes matching double branch side lights. Original shades, all pieces.
An eight-light brass chandelier having a cylindrical pole form pedestal with chain link depending from the center, which has a ring of feathers. The chain link alternates with floral buds. The arms in the shape of acanthus leaves. Etched and cut flared rim glass globes. With brass plaque With applied swag of flowers with bows around body of base. 28″ diameter. American, circa 1880 – 1900. Electrified.
